Through my books, I aim to spark curiosity, the joy of discovery, and a desire to ask questions – in both children and adults. My work is often multi-genre. I enjoy connecting different worlds – science, storytelling, history, nature, and everyday life – and finding original ways to write about them.
Most of my projects begin with my own ideas – from initial concept and research to the final structure. I collaborate with illustrators, editors, and publishers as an equal partner. I’m currently working on several new books with editors Štěpánka Sekaninová, Radka Píro, and Helena Haraštová from Albatros Publishing, and with illustrators Jakub Cenkl and Radka Martincová.
Beyond books, I also write journalistic texts for magazines such as Respekt, Deník Referendum, JADU, and 7.G.
